Installation:
  • Disconnect the negative battery cable.
  • Remove the following parts.
  • Liftgate upper trim.
  • Liftgate side trim.
  • Liftgate lower trim.
  • Liftgate latch and lock actuator.
  • Disconnect the connector.
  • Pull out the retainer in the direction of the arrow.
  • Remove the liftgate opener switch.
  • Install in the reverse order of removal.
