- Constructed from fine particle YG6X carbide (tungsten steel), the drill bit is hardened up to 91HRA, wear resistance, corrosion resistance, heat resistance, and good bending strength.
- Used for semi-finish and finish cutting of stainless steel, alloy steel, cast iron, titanium alloy, non-ferrous metal, copper, plastics. Suitable for drilling abrasive materials when drilling accuracy must be maintained. Can be used in high temperature drilling applications.
- Carbide tool offers long tool life and faster cutting speeds than other substrates, and it is higher hardness but is more brittle. Carbide material with good cutting performance, can ensure high work efficiency.
- Spiral chip space design for fast and clean chip removal. Sharp cutting edge provides smooth cutting and no glitches. Chip removal is not easy to stick to the tool.
